Terri Higgins is a Scottish costume designer and fashion stylist based in London, with a background in multimedia fashion and textile design. Her practice has evolved from fashion and music into film and television, with a growing focus on narrative costume design and character-led storytelling.

She has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading brands, artists and directors, notably styling over 300 cast members for Stormzy’s Vossi Bop, which won Video of the Year and Best Urban Video at the UKMVAs. Her commercial and branded work includes campaigns for Tesco, Converse, Google Pixel, Lavazza, Amex, Samsung and Pepsi Max.

In 2024, Terri designed costumes for her first feature film, Lady, directed by Samuel Abrahams. The film premiered at the BFI London Film Festival 2025 and was nominated for Best Feature Film at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, marking her transition into long-form screen work. Her recent projects continue to centre on film, television and commerical projects, blending a strong fashion sensibility with character-driven design.
